I did a walk in on Friday 10/3/25 in the am and was told they would email the request to the scheduler and would call me later. I never received a call or response. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment for today 10/6 between 8-10am and it read that someone would call me with the time. As of 9:27am today I have not heard form this office. As a first time patient searching for a New Primary I find this extremely poor service.
Amazing office. Staff always makes me feel welcome me comfortable.
Only one Doctor is on duty at this location. Half the time you can't get a call to the office. Most of the time it goes to a call center. We have been trying to get an excuse slip for my employer for a week and it still is not available. I was in the hospital for sepsis and have been on heavy antibiotics for over a month. I have also had pain in my arm from having a pick line installed at the hospital for antibiotics. My arm was irritated from the pick line and was all red a couple of weeks ago. Dr Shablin is very thorough. He spends plenty of time and makes sure you understand all of your options. His staff is also very pleasant and professional.
