My husband Dave and I have been patients of Dr. Shablin for about 2 years. We had moved from out of town and needed to establish new doctors. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Shablin and his staff from the first visit. They are all so professional, very friendly, and make you feel so important like you are the only patient being seen. Dr and staff are attentive and caring.
I did a walk in on Friday 10/3/25 in the am and was told they would email the request to the scheduler and would call me later. I never received a call or response. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment for today 10/6 between 8-10am and it read that someone would call me with the time. As of 9:27am today I have not heard form this office. As a first time patient searching for a New Primary I find this extremely poor service.
