I would never recommend these doctors. Dr Morris misdiagnosed not only one but TWO of my family members of cancer and they are husband and wife! One has stage three and the other had stage four and didn't beat it. I saw him one time for myself and was not fond of him at all!
I have been a patient at Saluda Pointe for several years. I have never had a bad experience! All the staff are professional and courteous. There have been times when they fit me in around my schedule and even though I might have waited longer than usual, it was nice that I have a doctor that will always see me on short notice!
The drs here write controled substance to people that have no business being on them.the eemployees even look drugged up.
They were supposed to refer me to a specialist I've called and the nurse took my info we're working on it. Said we are sending it right over three days have gone by.
The Billing dept was very poorly run and the I sat waiting over an hour for my appt. I understand their time is valuable, but when mine is too. Very Important: Make sure you compare what you paid with the explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company. They overcharged me when I went to my appt a month ago and I called them today to see if they were going to refund my money. Very well run. They also have several other locations around town. Have only seen Dr William Crigler there. He is an excellent doctor and also a very nice person.
