1. Not everyone speaks English has they can’t help you if you don’t speak Spanish.its not for everyone 2. They will change your agreed upon appointment and lie and say they left a vm. 3. They double book ON PURPOSE. So you can be waiting for an hour to see a tech. They said is because some people cancel. Well what happens when everyone shows up? The tech is great so one star

Waited hours for an appointment and when I called them to renew my prescription she laughed at me and hung up on me. How unprofessional. I will be changing my doctor.
Got 2 letters in 6 months from them about the centers for obamacare administration (that does not exist) for annual physicals that gives a website that does not exist. Need to change my Medicare supplemental insurance as this is the only doctor in town I can visit.
They make appointments and they don't respect them. If you come here at a given hour, they make you wait two or three hours. THEY EXCUSE THEMSELVES BY SAYING THEY OVERBOOKED THE DOCTOR AND THEY ASK YOU TO UNDERSTAND THEM. Just lame that they're so complacent to themselves. This is not a free service by the way, but they treat you like it is.
