Went in for a specific problem. A test was sent to the lab for a routine exam. I never received a phone call or letter on the results. I had to ask! Went in for an ultrasound, again wasn't given the results, I had to ask! I have never had to ask for results from any other provider. Here I am sitting home, not feeling well, and they don't even care to let me know my results. Also, no follow up as to why I am feeling so badly or a plan B for what we should do next. I recently saw Salud for help losing weight. The staff were helpful and got me an appointment same day. When I saw the doctor, she explained everything well. I learned more about some medications that I have been taking and also about the different options open to me.
Not sure yet. first impression not good. Might get better.

I have been a patient at Salud for the past four years. The Providers are kind and listen, answer all off questions and have given me top notch medical care.
The staff and Providers at Salud are top notch... I needed to make an appointment for an urgent issue and even though they were completely booked, the receptionist asked the Nurse Practitioner Chrissie to stay late and she was able to. I felt like the staff actually cared that I was going through a difficult problem and they did everything to make sure that I was comfortable. I have recommended this office to my friends.
The front office staff is very rude, especially the girl with the short blonde hair. (If you hate people so much, maybe working in a doctors office is not the right career choice for you!!) But the doctor herself was very down to earth and answered all of the questions that I had. Would I recommend this place to people?? Ehh Maybe...maybe not
