Covid test is advertised as free. They do not ask for your insurance information at the testing site and you stay in your car for the test. But, two weeks later they send you a bill for $350. $150 for an office visit and $200 for the test. I might have been willing to let them submit it to my insurance if they had been upfront about the cost in the beginning, if they had actually called with the results, and if they had not lost one of the tests. Stay away from this office.
The doctor was nice and for once, a pcp believed me about my chronic pain which was great. I was being referred to a physical therapy center and was told they can only refer to that one as I asked for a center im familiar with. The center they were able to refer me to does not take my insurance which was accepted by this office im reviewing. I cant play games like this.
