We had a scheduled appt for 9/3 and we were in a car accident which totaled our only way of transportation and I called to let them know of the situation and still had the audacity to say “Since you are calling on short notice it is going to count against you”… Let me just tell you that I didnt schedule this car accident and we didnt know it was going to happen. The scheduling call center line is a bit of a headache, because the call center didn't communicate with the actual Dr office. However the clinic is self is great! My Dr is Stephanie Miller- she is absolutely the best Dr I've ever had. Very kind, compassionate, and understanding. Really listens to what you say, and does whatever she can to help. Salud has been awesome, I have no complaint about any of them. They're all friendly, and helpful. They know what they're doing. I recommend going here for your meds
Normally I go her and have a wonderful experience. But the other day I went for my doctor's appointment and had a horrible experience. Prior to my appointment i filled out the online e-check in where i filled out and electronically signed all paperwork for my appointment along with there yearly update paperwork. Despite my efforts of online paperwork and checking in, I still had to fill out/sign the same paperwork by hand when i got there.
