I like my provider well enough and she's very helpful and knowledgeable. What I don't like is that I can't ever reach anyone in my local office, like to schedule or change an appointment, instead I get someone in Denver if anyone at all. It's been my experience that when I call for an appointment, I end up leaving my number with the automated assistant for them to call me back because wait times are OVER AN HOUR?!?! I love our office BUT YOUR CALL CENTER IS TERRIBLE, I WISH EACH FACILITY TOOK THEIR APPOINTMENTS, THEY KNOW THEIR PATIENTS AND THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE RUDE, AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR DURING APPOINTMENTS AND PUT THE COMPLETELY WRONG THING IN. Go back to the way it was.
I think salud is a wonderful place they have a wonderful staff and they take care of you.
Don’t expect any kind or thoughtful customer service from the front desk staff. Staff laughed at me and frustrated me when I followed through with their doctor’s directions. Nurse and doctor were professional
Very helpful and friendly staff. My GP Dr. Hughes is wonderful Doctor with terrific bedside manner. I trust the staff, nurses and my Doctor completely at Salud clinic!
