Once you get past the horrible AI scheduling system the rest of the process and staff are great. My best advice is to skip dealing with the AI system and just go show up in person to schedule.
I just recently had foot surgery here and wanted to share my amazing experience!! From the moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and full of smiles! My nurse Gianna was the absolute sweetest and helped ease my nerves prior to my surgery. She went above and beyond in getting me informed and prepared for the surgery while also reassuring me that I was in great hands. Ten mile surgery center made the whole process less much stressful. The staff was professional and kind and explained everything clearly before my procedure. DR. KASPER is the best!! She knows what she is doing and does it well. My recovery nurses AMAZING!! I would recommend them for anyone looking for attentive surgical care.
