Food was good , but service terrible. Took 15 min to get soft drinks, another 5 to get cup of soup. Finally server po boy and fish and chips after 45 minutes.
Thought the breading was too thick on the fried seafood, and not my favorite tartar sauce. I had never been so was interested in trying at lunch and very disappointed that they have no lunch menu with smaller portions.

Today it was HORRIBLE! We rode our bikes over there, with our dog, hoping to sit outside and enjoy a good meal. It smelled so bad we had to ask for our meal to go. We were told they were cleaning the freeze traps out - or something like that - but to us it smelled like sewer! I feel a good manager would have offered to take something off for the inconvenience. The service was SLOW (about 45 min for two sandwiches) and very pricey - $40 for 2 sandwiches and water. They treated our dog well, though!
Freindly staff and great atmosphere. Selections galore. We had the blackened tilefin fillet and honey pepper shrimp. Ally was a wonderful waitress and Lewis is a fantastic bartender... enquiring minds learn new drinks! LOL
We really enjoyed our dinners and the prices are reasonable. I had the scallops and my hubby had the coconut shrimp dinner. The food exceeded our expectation. Do not let the lack of ambience influence your impression. Great food amid shabby surroundings. Food rates highly, service not so much.
I love this place! Order the shrimp, you can't go wrong. I love the hushpuppies too. I don't care for their French fries but everything else is great! I've been there several times and have been disappointed a couple of times. The food was good those two times, just not as excellent as usual. It gets really crowded in season, so have a Pina Colada and and relax!
It was delicious! We were so privledge to eat shrimp every day during our stay! Yummy!!
