We ordered 20 mild wings and buffalo shrimp. We received the shrimp but when it was time for the wings to come. They served them to another party and when we told them we received only 10 wings and they were hot enough to burn your socks off !!! When I mentioned this to the owner she told me the meal was free. And then turned around and charged our meal to the couple we were with. Won't catch us in there again !!!!
Awesome shrimp, fries and hush puppies. Service, food delivery was slow. Good thing we were not in a hurry to get back home
Food was good but service was slow. Holiday weekend and not enough help
Terrible service took 35 minutes to get our drinks and then they were wrong. Ordered steamed oysters they came out cold, server said she think they were under ice. Every table in the place sending food back. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.
Awful service and awful food! Food wrong food cold supposed to have been freshly breaded onion rings but could tell they came out of a bag. Felt bad for our waitress. Don't go here!
Had the worst service we had ever had! Our first and only visit to this place. Order was wrong for everyone in my party. Then they asked for my plate back while I was eating my fish sandwich because they gave me chip rather than fry's. put my fish on paper. No manager on duty! Sad place!!
The food was good and the service was great good place to go
I didn't do this back in April (should have) may have saved our friends from going there...we were visiting for the Slingshots in the Smokies rally, it was bad, took more than 20 min to get our drinks, over an hour to get our greasy food, then not all of it was correct, the server was friendly & it didn't seem to be her fault so we didn't walk out. Just go somewhere else.
