We couldn't have had a better experience with this company. First of all, the actual docking location is beautiful inside with such cute merch and anything you could possibly need for your boat if you forgot it (sunscreen, bathing suits, tubes, toys, etc) and the staff was remarkable. I was truly so impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help us and be so thorough. Keelan’s customer service is incredible! He was helpful and kind from start to finish. He helped us book a last minute rental for the 4th and was extremely kind during check-in and check-out. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and cares about the customers! We will definitely book again next summer.
