Keelan’s customer service is incredible! He was helpful and kind from start to finish. He helped us book a last minute rental for the 4th and was extremely kind during check-in and check-out. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and cares about the customers! We will definitely book again next summer.

We enjoyed our day on a beautiful pontoon boat. However, for a $1,000/ day rental, we were surprised to find popsicle sticks and wrappers left there when we got in. Also, the back gate was loose and would not close securely into the slot in the floor, so it swung back-and-forth throughout the day until toward the end of the day, some of the rivets came out. They ended up charging us to fix a gate that was already loose when we rented it. We were disappointed in what would otherwise have been a positive experience.
