Salthouse catered our wedding at The Island House this past weekend and they were absolutely amazing!! We knew we LOVED their food from our tasting but, I have already received SO many compliments on how delicious the food was from so many of our wedding guests in just 2 days. We used Salthouse for our rehearsal dinner, and everything was perfect! Vince was so easy to work with and incredibly responsive to any emails that we had. We tweaked the menu several times so that it was just right, and he didn’t mind working with us throughout the process. His recommendations were spot on, and he has a wealth of knowledge that helped us plan the perfect menu. We used Vince and the folks at Salthouse for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception, and they were wonderful! Not only was the food amazing (the only complaint I heard the whole weekend from any wedding guest was that they didn't have room in their stomach to eat more of it, and I heard a lot of "this is the best food I've ever had at a wedding,) but also the staff were very friendly and responsive.
