Beautiful community with a very welcoming staff. Tara provided great information, showed me several properties, and took the time to have detailed conversations to answer all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process

We are so happy that we bought a home here in Saltgrass Landing! Our kids have tons of friends to play with, we have amazing neighbors turned family, and it's a great location close enough to everything we need but far enough from all the traffic and noise. We love it.

Love the people who live and still moving into the neighborhood. Grandkids have other kids to play with. Neighbors come together for meals and time together. I truely am happy to live here in Salt Grass.
