This was my second spiral staircase for our new cabin. We originally put a spiral staircase in the cabin. Then, for us to be able to get from the top deck to the lower deck, we opted to purchase another spiral staircase for the outside. The quality is unmatched. It looks fantastic! We could not be happier.
Bought the galvanized Spent about two three hours redrilling and filing their holes due to galvanized slag and some poorly drilled wholes. It was an effort. Be sure all parts are well organized. Small plastic bags that include groups of items were not grouped by use. I found I had to create small plastic bins to hold related parts. I was also provided parts that were not for my stairs; which caused some confusion … and instructions showed a part that was not applicable. Both confirmed. Rachel was great and very helpful in helping us design and fit the right style. Took a few back and forths and a video call but we nailed it! The unit itself wasn't easy to assemble, but we managed fine with the help of our GC and once in place it is totally a game changer!
