Overall a great experience. From the first call to installation I have no complaints. Install was pretty easy, definitely need a good helper if you do it yourself.
BUYER BEWARE!! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent almost $10k with these people, stairs showed up damaged and they offered $100. Spoke to the customer service rep and she was so rude treating me like a suspect in a crime. Unbelievable. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did and that whoever was part of my process no longer is allowed to work there. I really wish I could attach the recording of the phone call.
