Terrible, i would never recommend anyone to put up with this horrible rental service. Their maintenance men never fix properties properly or in a good time even when you are living in the place. We went 3 months with 2 missing ceiling tiles during the winter so the house would stay warm also. They dont answer or return emergency calls on their emergency line. Just be smart and find a better company to use dont waste your time with salter they just want you for your money.
Slumlord. They frequently get amnesia about what you tell them, they lie right to your face and couldn't care less if your neighbor is dealing drugs. It took 4 days to get a response when the hot water heater went out and there is no 24h emergency number. You email them, if they think it's important then They respond. I would live in tent city before I lived in another one of salters places. One star is to many.
