I would not recommend this medical office. My experience has been extremely frustrating. They overcharged my copay and have been difficult to work with when trying to resolve the issue. Communication is a major problem. Staff frequently say they will return calls, but they never do. I've had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. I needed a new PCP, I have only been in AZ a little over a year. They were recommended. I am so glad I went. Listen to what I was concerned about. Had real advice with reasons and solutions to try.
Dr. Salter is always flexible and willing to do what it takes to help. He really listens to what you want and need. His staff is always pleasant and really try to do what they can to help. If there was 6 stars- they would get it!

I have been coming here for a while now and can say that hands down if you are looking for an NP who takes care of you Joel Salter is the guy. He and his staff are great, I never have an issue when I go in and if there IS a problem, it is taken care of without a headache.
