I bought balloon bouquet because flowers were not allowed in ICU but my sister didn't get them 😭 the nurses said they were thrown out . Not refundable .
Female staff was rude to my child when she simply brought me a toy to ask me if she could get it, she rudely got onto her and told her to put it down unless she was buying it because of germs. I didn’t even get a chance to answer my daughter therefore I walked out and will not ever buy anything from them.
