The level of organization and communication has been exceptional from their availability, taking time to address concerns, the detailed receipts to the appointment confirmations with clear addresses and thorough pre- and post-treatment instructions. These thoughtful touches make such a difference and show how much they care about their clients' experience. I am really happy with the results I have had so far!
