An amazing place which makes relaxing and de-stressing as simple as closing your eyes.
My first experience at the salt cave was yesterday...45 minutes of bliss breathing the negatively charged ions and minerals in a room that is a simulated salt cave. A natural healing technique new to the US, an alternative treatment for many ailments.
We had the opportunity to visit and experience the salt cave last weekend. What a relaxing & rejuvenating experience! I look forward to booking some more appointments in the near future!
Different. You have to be able to just chillax, close your eyes and rest your body. My sinuses were cleared up during the session. Definitely not for anyone who can not sit still, IF they are not willing to try to relax. I'm going back.

Saltana Cave was so beautiful and I have never felt so relaxed. It was a great place to practice some yoga breathing techniques. Best 45 minutes!!! And I recommend it to everyone.
I have yet to go to Saltana Cave. I bought a Groupon last year and never got a chance to use it. Its too bad you will not honor it even though there is a current Groupon promotion running for the same thing. I will NOT be visiting any time soon and I will make sure to share this with my network of friends on Facebook.
