I went for the first time and I felt it to be quite relaxing The atmosphere was very easy to just unwind. I felt the tingling throughout the session and easily fell asleep and when I woke up I felt wonderful. I will definitely go again and again. I recommend anybody who has any kind of health issues such as respiratory or anxiety or anything else to try this out and just relax and enjoy.
So glad I finally got to try the Salt Cave! What an amazing experience. I felt totally relaxed! After having Pneumonia for 7 weeks, I still haven't felt quite back to myself yet. I thought I would give this place a try to see if it would help me with lung therapy. 24 hours later I feel great! Had such an amazing nights rest when I got home as well. I would highly recommend and I will be back for sure.

Earlier I posted a check-in on my personal page and In a word.... AMAZING!! From the moment you enter the ENTIRE cave made of Himalayan salt-floor to ceiling- with crystal bouquets strewn about and a salt fireplace, you start to feel this feeling of calmness. Such a cool experience! Within 5 minutes I felt my breathing get better and the whole experience was so relaxing. When I left I was so dehydrated but that's because the salt released a lot of toxins which is a good thing! I will definitely be back!!
