RecommendedI was a bit skeptical going into my first float, however Tim was so helpful. The rooms are so clean and nice. Everything is top notch! I did not feel enclosed at all- the space was fantastic. The lighting and music made my float great until I could find the courage to turn them off and completely relax. I will be back! Feeling wonderful, and the one on one chat afterwards was so nice. Tim this is such a fantastic hide away ☺️.
I’m 4 days post concussion and it was exactly what I needed! It took awhile for me to get relaxed but once I did i could actually feel stress/pain being released! This is the best I’ve felt in a long time. I will definitely be going back 😁
I would absolutely recommend that anyone who has never tried this do it! So relaxing!
my husband and i went here to get our free veterans day float promo and it was an enjoyable experience. my husband especially benefited from it since he has a bad back. he enjoyed it so much i had to go back and get him since he was so relaxed he fell asleep lol. we will definitely be back and we will be recommending it to our friends. very clean, peaceful experience and the staff was great at explaining what we would be in for.
I just treated my daughter and myself to our first float, and it was amazing, I slept so good last night and I feel very regenerated today:) it was a very positive experience... thank you Salt2O for an awesome 1st float
I have floated at other places and this is by far one of my favorites in the FM area and the twin cities. the cabins are awesome and the shower room is beautiful. Unlike other places, its a much less abrupt transition pre and post float and you have time to mentally and physically adjust. the staff are awesome, courtious, and patient. I had my first float today. The Spa is very clean and tastefully decorated. The overhead music is soft and relaxing. Jared welcomed me as soon as I arrived. He's very knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring. I'm a breast cancer survivor and have a lot of side effects from chemo and daily hormone blockers-lots of stiff, sore joints and muscles. I had my first float tonight. So relaxing I almost fell asleep! Will definitely go again!
Finally got to get some time away and try my gift certificate I got from my husband and it was a great experience! My room was pitch black dark and silent which was such a nice sensory deprivation experience to relax in! The staff was so knowledgeable and explained all the benefits of float therapy to me before! Highly recommend
