I had my first float this morning and the experience was fantastic! Jarrid and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and just overall top notch. The experience of the float itself is hard to put into words, but the feeling afterwards is absolutely amazing. I don't remember the last time I felt that relaxed and calm. I paired the float with a massage a couple of hours later and the combination of the two has me with zero pain, which I haven't had in years! I was very anxious about this and I have a great fear of water like pools, lakes, and I never float no matter what I do.. so I was very skeptical..Jarrid seriously made it easier to believe I'd feel great after and assured me i float.. which i really did!! I owed him a hug afterwards.. i feel Amazing, shutting off from the world in a room with just your thoughts.. its so good for an on the go mom like me.. i highly recommend this to anyone who needs to relax, and maybe help lower their anxiety.. I absolutely loved my float experience! By far the fastest, most relaxing hour of my life! Highly recommend for anyone that needs a momentary break from their hectic life.

Wonderful experience. Just like Jarrid says, it’s “meditation on steroids”. In today’s modern society we are constantly bombarded with stimulation, most of which is draining. I can’t think of a better way to adapt than to engage in some sensory deprivation such as floating.
