So this was my first ever yoga experience! My instructor Suzette was amazing. She was thorough and very good at walking us through each step and pose and although I was very rigid she was able to keep me flowing from one pose to the next without going to quickly. It was definitely a workout but not overly fast or strenuous. I left feeling great and will definitely book this class again next week! Luv it!
