I had my first salt therapy session, I have stage 3 COPD & ASTHMA I have to tell you I was a little nervous, but once I sat down & relaxed I just breathed in through my nose out through my mouth very slowly. The lighting & relaxing music really puts you in a comfortable place . I feel really great also I feel like I am Breathing easier I will be going back every week. Great service, a Atmosphere, products & theropy . I would highly recommend them to everyone. This is also great for your sinuses as well.
