I went for the first time with a group for a private one-hour session in the Adult Salt Grotto. It was interesting to learn about the benefits of the varieties of salt used, and I had a very relaxing experience. Inviting more friends to join me next time.

My friend and I enjoy the infrared sauna, then go into the salt cave...it is cool and relaxing, with soft blankets and zero gravity chairs! We ALWAYS feel rejuvenated after a visit here!

Amazing! I took both of my kids and it was very relaxing and therapeutic! The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very nice and full of information. The kids thought they were at the beach. Definitely going back regularly!
Tried our first sessions today. Loved them so much we purchased two 10 session packages. Plus 10 of the sauna ones for my husband!
