I came to this store as I have been here many times before. I noticed that the sales associate never greeted the Black customers (neither hello nor goodbye) but greeted all other customers. In fact they completely ignored the Black customers. I watched for several minutes just to make sure and unfortunately it wasn’t a fluke. It’s a shame bc the store purports (or at least used to) stock Black owned business products. But this type of behavior is unfair and unwelcoming.
