Shari butchered my hair. Too long on the right. Big holes on the left. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. No apology. No effort to make it right. No urgency to fix it. She wanted me to wait 5 days before she could "fit me in". When I pushed back and asked for my money to be returned, she refused and said I wasn't a good fit for their shop. She claims the owner is 100% behind her. I tried to reach out to the owner only to be ignored.
