An interesting flavor twist to ice cream. I opted for the Pear/Blue Cheese. Yes you saw that right Pear with Blue Cheese. It was very good. I also opted for the split scoop, meaning a half scoop of two flavors. My second flavor was Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons. I personally would not choose that again because it was much saltier than I would want. If you love salt, this is your ice cream of choice!
