The manager, a short blonde woman, was really rude to me and had a poor attitude towards my family. The rest of the staff was really friendly but the ice cream is over priced
Salt and straw is epic. They have premium ice cream and great prices icl. Great experience with Jess I think it was who is S tier employee.
Ice cream is overpriced and staff was rude especially the manager (McKenna) that helped us at checkout.
If you download the rewards program and it shows a free reward, then don’t expect for this location to be able to honor that reward. After ordering a double scoop (which based on the reward offer, I assumed was complementary), I was told that the reward could not be redeemed. On top of that, the reward does not expire for another month. I do not plan on going to Salt & Straw again if there’s a chance that they will not honor the valid offers that they advertise through the rewards program. They sent me an email that they pass away free scoop for their birthday,l called them and they told me that is true and we went there immediately after my call when we went there they told me that the free ice cream scoop is sold out !!!so when you go with your kids to an ice cream shop you have to buy something for them it is a new way of scamming l believe!
