Shain was so kind and welcoming!!! We love salt & straw and most employees are super nice, but Shain was way over the top, in the best way possible! :)

We LOVE Salt & Straw!! Jay always makes our experience special…so friendly, very professional and all around a good human. They always take extra cautious care our daughters allergies. Plus, the ice cream is the yummiest.
