Sergio was so wonderful and is the reason I will return. The new app glitched and my order didn’t go through and my reward disappeared. I called the store and was lucky to reach Sergio at this location. He was so kind and understanding of the issue. He made it right for me and went above and beyond. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for many many years and was so impressed by his demeanor and generous spirit. You have a fantastic employee in him and I hope he is rewarded. Thank you Sergio!
Luke was very knowledgeable of the ice cream flavors and helped me narrow down my decision from the many delicious flavors. Overall great service and flavors!
