Lily had excellent customer service! Enjoyed our experience!
The ice cream was delicious, but the service wasn’t what I expected to receive. I came Sunday night around 10pm hoping to be greeted with amazing service but instead I received people playing on their phones. Maybe they were having a bad day I don’t know. All I know is I came on Monday night and Tuesday afternoon for my favorite ice cream. Guess what, they were still playing on their phones. I think I’ll take a break from this location and try the other stores that share the same flavors because Cookie dough is my favorite
I have had gelato in Italy, New York, and Tampa. This place is average. The person scooping didn't say one word. Just stood there and looked at you. I had the chocolate brownie and my daughter had Pots of Gold and Rainbows. Mine barely tasted like chocolate. She enjoyed hers.
Delicious especially the Lucky Charms and milk flavor!
