We make ice cream that's about more than ice cream. We make ice cream about the ingredients we use and the farms and artisans they come from. About how we cook and freeze and candy and sort and burn and smash and hand-drizzle and ribbon and spoon and sprinkle all of our ingredients in intriguing and unexpected ways.

this was my first time here, and i can already tell that this will be my new favorite ice cream place on the beach ! there are so many interesting flavors and such a wide variety, that i was a bit overwhelmed at first. however jason, the employee who had tended my friends and i, was super patient ! he explained the flavors to me and let me try so many samples, and he helped me create a combo that left me feeling so refreshed after the beach. the building itself was super cute and easy to find as well, with parking right acro... read more
I placed an order through their online system, which uses Uber Eats for delivery, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The driver opened the bag, stole one of the pints, refused to come to the door, and when I met him outside, gave me the middle finger while handing over the rest of the order. That’s theft and obscene behavior—completely inexcusable. Their own website and confirmation email clearly state to call the local store if there’s an issue, which I did—and the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely u... read more
after being to other miami locations and loving the flavors i went in Sunday and was helped by a girl in a salt and straw hat with curly brown hair named Gabi she had great recommendations and her customer service was great as well, she was also very patient in letting my kids try lots of flavors since they’re picky LOL all the employees were so nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommending to friends and family just because of the service, hope to see her again on my next visit!
This was my first time trying Salt & Straw. Their flavors are wild so I stuck with something more "normal" to me. I tried the Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge with a waffle cone on the side. The mix of salty brittle, rich fudge, and creamy peanut butter was good but not overly excited about it. Overall, it was crunchy, gooey, sweet and hot the spot.
The ice cream is very delicious and its one of the best. However, am giving one star review due to one of the staff young lady she was very rude by ignoring us as she asked the customer who has been served and waiting for his order and then she completely ignore us as we are invisible and went to ask the customer who is behind us if he has been help!! If the owner concern about what time we were in the store it was 6:30 pm today. This women has brunette hair color and she was wearing hat (The most racist women in Miami) as a... read more
