Went in the other day to get some ice cream for my kids after work and had the worst experience possible. No one greeted me when I walked in and after standing there for 10 minutes a worker finally says they’ll be right with me. There’s only one person ahead of me and multiple workers mind you. That aside, I ask to try a couple different samples because my kids are really picky and the worker was very rude about it. I recently visited the Salt & Straw location with my daughter and was disappointed by the customer service we received. The employee who helped us (a young African American Hispanic looking young girl) appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting customers. When I ordered a cone, she never asked what size or how many scoops I wanted and instead assumed a large waffle cone with two scoops. Friendly staff and always very helpful
Brandy was incredibly kind and gave me a great overview of all the ice cream flavors available. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. She truly made the experience special — she’s simply the best! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Wonderful flavors and fun to see what the different monthly flavors they come up with! And the workers are very sweet and patient as we tried so many flavors
