I recently visited the Salt & Straw location with my daughter and was disappointed by the customer service we received. The employee who helped us (a young African American Hispanic looking young girl) appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting customers. When I ordered a cone, she never asked what size or how many scoops I wanted and instead assumed a large waffle cone with two scoops. Brandy was incredibly kind and gave me a great overview of all the ice cream flavors available. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. She truly made the experience special — she’s simply the best! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Wonderful flavors and fun to see what the different monthly flavors they come up with! And the workers are very sweet and patient as we tried so many flavors

First visit here. While they offer many interesting flavors, most were way too sweet for my liking. The chocolate was the only one I enjoyed. On the bright side, the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
