I have not attended this place yet. But some things seem off to me. I attempted to call them on a business day during business hours. It's okay to not pick up, but their whole mailbox is full. They clearly aren't checking voicemails for potential clients. It makes me question where this is a good place in general. First encounters matter alot in business
After a 45 minute drive they’re not even open. They’re not answering the phones. The website says they should be open from 11am to 7 pm. really disappointed with the lack of information.
Pre booked my wife and her friend for mother's day for what was supposed to be a relaxing spa and 90 minute massage treatment each. Only one massage therapist was present and the other one was "late" and showed up well over an hour late. Total laps of what we were promised when booking and nothing was done to make up for the complete lack of service.
Great, safe environment for anyone with congestion or respiratory issues.
Poor customer service and overall confusion with scheduling and services.
