I had such a wonderful experience and can’t say enough good things about Jamie and Lauren. They are truly amazing, so sweet, accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they are genuinely passionate about what they do. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Absolutely wonderful experience in the salt room, and the loveliest shop & owners
Had the most relaxing experience with Lauren at Salt & Soul. From the moment we walked in, she made the entire experience feel calming, welcoming, and genuinely peaceful. The salt cave itself was beautiful and incredibly relaxing, but Lauren’s warm personality and attention to detail made it even better. I left feeling refreshed, less stressed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend checking this place out if you need a reset for your mind and body!
Great place for a bach party! Very cool/chill environment. Lauren is a great host and would definitely come back again in the future!
Great salt cave and experience. Came for a low key day for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect. Lauren was a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend!
