Just left Kelley’s meditation class and I feel amazing! The energy in the room was so refreshing and peaceful! Her voice took me to a tranquil place, I felt lighter and more present in my body, I even noticed less pain and more comfort! The tuning vibrations and frankincense was also rejuvenating!! I recommend anyone that needs a place to escape and get Re-aligned. You will leave there feeling cleansed and renewed! ❤️🙌🏼
Staff and owner are wonderful! Highly recommend for overall health and relaxation. Mix it up and try a combination of open sessions, meditation, yoga. Whatever works for you! I am still trying it all out. Great overall environment for well being. So glad I broke down and stopped in.

Salt sensations is the best immune system therapy I ever been to. Highly recommend salt sensations to all my family members. My favorite part is the salt room because I come out feeling extremely refreshed. Nina’s facials get my face looking right and leave me with silky smooth skin days after my session. The hot salt rocks and cleansers did wonders for me!!!
Salts is an amazing place to relax and and pamper yourself! The classes and programs they offer are wonderful and taught by wonderful people. The staff is absolutely AMAZING and so helpful and kind. They sell wonderful products like salt lamps, essential oils, and the best smelling soaps!! They always have great specials and keep the public updated with their well coordinated social media platforms. If you need to unwind and relax this is the place to go!!!😍☺️❤️
