The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I was accidentally overcharged by $50 on my card, which was disappointing. I also had a lash lift done, and by the following day one of my eyes was sore, swollen, and puffy. I’m not sure what caused the reaction, but it was concerning and uncomfortable. While the customer service was pleasant, these issues unfortunately affected my overall experience.
oh my goodness where to begin. when i first started seeing Sahra my skin was a MESS! she has been so informative and helpful with my home skin care routine. there is so much about my skin i had no idea about! i can’t even begin to give enough stars and flowers to Sahra and her services!!

Hi, I was not going to leave a review, because I believe everybody deserves second chances, even thought they ruined my hair. I hate complaining about a service but it was not fair what they did to my hair. However, after talking to the owner HOLLY about one of her hairstylist ( Katlynn) did to my hair.
