Lucy was able to fix my terrible color I had done elsewhere and last minute. I panicked after my hair was darkened way too much and my money pieces left orange. Lucy was upfront about cost and was able to make some changes without over processing my hair. Will definitely be going back :)
Lucy is the best!! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I was accidentally overcharged by $50 on my card, which was disappointing. I also had a lash lift done, and by the following day one of my eyes was sore, swollen, and puffy. I’m not sure what caused the reaction, but it was concerning and uncomfortable. While the customer service was pleasant, these issues unfortunately affected my overall experience.
oh my goodness where to begin. when i first started seeing Sahra my skin was a MESS! she has been so informative and helpful with my home skin care routine. there is so much about my skin i had no idea about! i can’t even begin to give enough stars and flowers to Sahra and her services!!
This place had amazing service and never let me down when getting my hair done
