Beautiful and very relaxing, calm environment. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to your every need. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions you might have. The salt room experience is amazing! After only one visit I could tell a difference physically and mentally! Winter Haven is so blessed to have this wonderful gem in our town.

Me and my son have been dealing with horrible allergies. He has asthma and had been coughing a very unproductive cough one session here and his cough is now productive getting the mucus up and out and has only use his Inhaler once today !! Such an awesome experience wonderful people!! and I love that they use Doterra as their choice of essential oils !!!
Awesome environment to relax and recharge your internal batteries while feeling the benefits of the salt. If you have ever wanted to try it I highly recommend it. Very nice staff.
