Been coming here for 16 years. It is now a tourist trap. Menu service and food mediocre at best. For the price point of this restaurant I expect a lot more. Will not return with so many mom and pop restaurants in area that put their heart and soul into their food I will patronize them.
Food was very good. Service friendly but did not hover or bother. Was a little loud and was seated next to a register for the staff. No big deal but next time will try and make reservation for a better view. Will definitely go back.
The atmosphere and food was amazing, sitting by the water enjoying the tranquility with great food is just what you need on vacation. Such a shame the bar man could not make cocktails....definitely avoid they are expensive and very poor !
Our dinner was amazing!!! We hit a few problems with dinner but at no fault of our amazing waitress AMANDA!! She explained everything to a T but unfortunetly the kitchen made some mistakes!!! But we still enjoyed our time. We are frequent at Island grille and had company from PA and decided to go to Salt Rock.... thank you Amanda for being so adorable and professional!!
The food was wonderful. The service was excellent.
