We have been visiting salt rock for years and have always had great experiences. The last few times have been terrible. Tonight the service was terrible, we found plastic in our calamari and the steaks were way over cooked. The manager never came over once and the waiter was less then attentive. You would think after finding something in our food the manager would've at least apologized!!! My friend and I enjoyed our dinner here. I had Filet Mignon Oscar. The sauce bearnaise was delicious. The filet was delicious and tender. The garlic mashed potatoes were good but...... luke warm. We decided to have strawberries with vanilla bean icecream. When I dug into what I thought was vanilla bean icecream it was ready whip from a can. I dug again but no icecream! Absolutely love the Salt Rock Grill the calamari is the best I've ever had the service at the Tiki Bar is outstanding one of my favorite stops when I'm out for the day on the boat.
One of my all time favorite restaurants. Great food, great service and great view. We love sitting outside on the water.

This was our first time here and it was delightful! We did not have a reservation but were sat right away on the back deck where there was availability. We had a table in the corner by the water - unfortunately, we were next to one of the mega, rotating fans that was quite loud and blew around everything on the table.
