Keep complaining about sumn isn’t right with our lines or transformers but it’s just ignored. Keep bandaiding what ever it is. Fix the damn issue. Ridiculous.
Every time I have ever gone into the office or called over a power outage, the ladies who answer the phone or talked with in person have always been nice. In a day and age where “customer service” is in India or some other foreign country we are very grateful our Customer Service is from our community. Today we had a lightning strike on our property. We had an issue where a neighbor was going to have a tree stump poisoned which would endanger pets and wild animals I spoke with Ian who is in charge of tree trimming and he immediately canceled the order to keep the animals safe He was wonderful and professional Thank you Ian
As the local power company, they’re your only option—but honestly, I can’t complain. In the few instances I’ve lost power, it’s never been out for more than 4 hours, and even during major ice storms with inaccessible roads and downed power lines deep in farm fields and forested hills, outages have been resolved in under 2 days.
