I paid for a couple of sessions and could not go and I had valid reasons why I could not go. I explain to the manager why and I asked for a refund and she said no. I would never recommend anyone there. Heart less person and I would never go back to that place. If I could give zero star I would.

This place is very therapeutic and can help with many skin disorders, breathing problems and many other health issues. There is a room for children to play in without knowing they are receiving treatment and a room for adults. Heather is very informed and can answer and of your questions. Give it a try it's extremely relaxing and serene. Angie Z

I would say my experience was about a 2-1/2. When I arrived at Salt Remedy, the receptionist didn't really welcome me or introduce herself. The salt room is fairly sparse with salt (I've been to salt rooms that are actually salt caves). The receptionist opened the salt room door and said and motioned me in. I did ask her to turn up the music which she did. She gave no instructions. I sat in the lounge chair and couldn't get it to push back into a comfortable position.
