I've enjoyed the salt room, infrared sauna, and red light therapy! Each experience has been relaxing and rejuvenating! All the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and nice! A super way to relax and unwind with the great addition of health benefits from the salt!
I had my first experience here today and it was amazing! I highly recommend this place if you need to just go and relax, I had a Swedish massage and a reiki session. It was much needed and I plan on going back as much as possible!
