Such a relaxing experience. Loved it. Definitely recommend to anyone with bad allergies, cough, asthma, etc. Walked in feeling meh, left feeling wonderful. Will visit again.

I can't speak to the healing powers of salt. What I can tell you is I ended up buying the monthly subscription plan after my first visit. I have "seasonal" allergies that seem to last 9-10 months of the year. With the subscription, I get to sit in the salt room twice a week and use the time for quiet reflection.
