Definitely a new experience. It cleared my two day sinus issue out and I relaxed . Next time I am bringing earphones and listening to my Qi Jong instructor Thomas Genung’s, meditation recordings.
I came home from a 2 wk trip with "airplane germs" and respiratory problems. Oh my goodness, one session almost cleared up the rasping, choking and ear congestion.Going back again the next day. I highly recommend deep breathing when in that elaborately well fashioned comfortable salt room!! Wanda really knows how to make it all effective!
Very relaxing and purifying. The facility is so well decorated to make you relax and stress free when you are there. The foot soaks are amazing and relaxing as well!
I had a sore throat and some drainage after camping in cold, dry weather this weekend. First thing this morning I sent a message to see if there were any openings for before noon. There was one opening at 11:00, so I went! It was a beautiful facility and extremely relaxing. Four hours later, no more sore throat! Wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back!
It's an amazing experience. Very calming. I find it hard to turn my brain off and this helped me relax. I suggest turning electronics off and just be with yourself.
