I could not be happier with my experiences here. My husband and I got a massage last week and it was the best massage either of us have ever received. Then I tried the Restorative Yoga class a few days later, and it was incredible. All of the practitioners are kind, soothing, and really talented, and the atmosphere (especially in the salt cave!) are so relaxing. 10/10 experience.
It was an awesome experience. Within 15 minutes into my 45 minute session I was completely relaxed and benefitted tremendously from deep breathing in the salt cave. I want to treat my mind body and soul to this holistic experience often!!!
The staff are so kind and accommodating and the salt cave is amazing...it's like a nervous system reset. I feel great when I leave and I sleep awesome!
