It was so relaxing. Good staff/people. Explained everything about sauna since its our first time.
Loved everything. The way the salt therapy and red light therapy made me feel was incredible. My skin feels amazing and I truly will be back. Kim is great and explained the process impeccably.

I love this place!! The sauna and red light therapy sessions have become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine. Every time I come in, I leave feeling recharged and totally reset. The staff is always so welcoming and makes sure you’re comfortable. The facilities are clean, quiet, and truly feel like a little retreat. I’ve noticed such a difference in my recovery, my skin, and even my sleep since starting here. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their wellness routine!
Amazing experience here! Can’t wait to come back and try the other services they offer. We did the halo therapy (salt room) and it was so relaxing!
