I love this place the food was great the service was great especially from the young lady I am sorry I didn't remember her name my food came out on-time I will be back
We went to Salt&Light for Sushi as soon as we landed in Gonzales because we were starving, and WOW — the food and hospitality were phenomenal. We met the owner, Shelly, who is originally from China, and she was so warm and welcoming. For the first time ever, we were served fresh wasabi instead of the usual paste, and it was incredible. Our server, Dashay, was absolutely lovely — such a kind, attentive, and wonderful young woman.
