First and foremost Trevin was the best salesman ever! He’s friendly and truly cares about the customers! The 2 managers Zeid and Brandon were awesome as well super friendly and I appreciate that!
Man was trying to upsell us by almost $10k above our limit. As soon as we asked for a car closer to our range, he said he’d try to find one. We waited for 20 minutes or so before we realized he just ditched us and wasn’t doing anything.
Lamentablemente yo no tuve buena experiencia, yo iba a comprar un carro el cual me dijeron un precio y luego le subieron $2,000 solo porque yo les informe que no queria comprar la aseguranza mecánica que ellos venden junto con el vehículo. No los recomiendo a mi no me dieron una buena atención, siempre dicen que están atendiendo otros clientes y a mi no me dieron la información correcta que necesitaba. Perdieron una venta conmigo. Pésimo servicio que me dieron.
