Paul is absolutely fantastic on every level. He is always available, is a problem solver, works quickly and efficiently, and I feel 100% confident leaving everything in his hands. He is also a delightful person in general - I would highly recommend him and his property management services!

I have been a tenant with this company for over 2 years and in the last two years. I have submitted and brought up maintenance requests several times some of which are 2 years old with little to no response. We have had a serious issue with a gas pipe for over a year now and the guy who came with no tools of his own planned to patch it in a hazardous manner. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they were willing to work on getting us a longer lease

I hired Real Property Management as property manager. They did an ok job in the first year. However, the partner who we worked with left and the service quality went downhill: lot of accounting mistakes and took months to get hold of the property manager. So, we decided to terminate the contract. At that point, the property manager still owned us $900 in rent payment which is supposed to be settled within 30 days as laid down in our contract.
