AWFUL customer service. Locked out of our storage unit. When we called into see what was going on, no one could explain why. They finally gave us a temporary code and it also did not work. We could not access our storage until and the best they could say is that it must be a "computer" issue and they would put in a help ticket. Don't even consider doing business with this company.
I think they do an awesome job here and Dominic is one of the best persons to deal with he is very nice and might I say very good looking!!
We have had plans to move in to our brand new home for months now. The date was set a month ago. We called Extra Space at that time and asked if we would be able to get a 24' moving truck in to the area on the weekend of November 13-15. They replied with Sure! As long as you're good with driving the truck it'll be fine. Now, come yesterday, they send an email out, oh. Btw, there will be LIMITED TO NO ACCESS THIS WEEKEND. And when we called requesting what they meant, we were hung up on. NEVER AGAIN EXTRA SPACE.
